Viva La Hova

May 16, 2011

I know this is really old, but I just found it earlier today and I’m really digging it, so I’m gonna throw it up on here for anyone else who missed it. This album combined Jay-Z and Coldplay in a way that I never thought would happen. Jay’s lyrics sound just as good as they did on the original tunes, but Coldplay’s music provides a new context that adds to Jay’s flow even more. Even if you’re not a big fan of either Jay-Z or Coldplay (I respect both, but I wouldn’t call myself a big fan) I guarantee that you will dig this album. Seriously, check it out.

And here it is mirrored on our site.
